Can I export my application data?
You can export your data any time, or on a predefined schedule, through our console.
Where is my data stored and processed?
Our core infrastructure (compute & storage) is provided by Scaleway in their Paris, France location. Email is handled by AWS SES in Frankfurt, Germany.
Do you support advanced configurations and plugins?
Applications with built-in plugin management are supported, but customizing configuration files or adding plugins is not possible. We do not provide direct shell access.
Will you host our custom apps?
No, we provide a fully managed platform for select applications. We are not a general purpose hosting platform.
Do you support high availability?
HA for applications is being worked on, we will release an announcement once the feature is generally available. Most of our core infrastructure is already highly available.
